I ship within Canada only.

Timing

Prints are made to order by a lab in Canada and usually leave within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery after that normally takes another 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your print ships.

Cost

Shipping is charged at what the lab charges me, and it’s shown in your cart before you pay: usually $7.25 for the first print, $8.95 for 20 × 30 and larger. Each extra print in the same order adds about 35 cents.

Damage and problems

Prints are packed to protect them in transit. If yours arrives creased, torn or misprinted, email me within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and I’ll have it reprinted and sent at no cost, with the same edition number.

Because every print is made to order and numbered, I can’t accept returns for a change of mind. If you’re unsure about a size, email me before ordering and I’ll help you pick.

Lost parcels

If tracking stalls for more than 10 business days, get in touch and I’ll chase it with the carrier. If it’s lost, I’ll replace it.
